ABOUT
I was fortunate to grow up in a family already actively involved in horses. My mother, who was a dressage rider and a veterinarian at Texas A&M University, made sure I was taking riding lessons by the time I learned to walk. I joined Pony Club as a young child, which provided a great opportunity to learn horsemanship in a structured environment. I have achieved both the traditional "A" rating and the specialty dressage "A" rating in the United States Pony Club. I graduated summa cum laude a semester early from high school and moved to Ocala, Florida to take a working student position with Jim Graham. After working for Jim, I stayed in Ocala and worked for Kyle Carter. In 2008 I moved back to College Station, Texas to pursue a degree in agribusiness at Texas A&M University. I now operate my own training business, Broadway Eventing. I believe that my strongest talent is in producing young horses to be confident and honest through patient, correct training.
